Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. If more than 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Return Process

To start a return, please email us at returns@hmicateringequipments.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with the next steps.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale”

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Opened hygiene-related products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@hmicateringequipments.com.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
