We deliver across the UK. Please review our policy below for how we handle shipping:

Shipping Times

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days

• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

Shipping Charges Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

Order Processing Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Failed Deliveries If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to incorrect address or no one available, re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please email support@hmicateringequipments.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
