By purchasing from HMI Catering Equipment, you agree to the following terms:
🔍 1. Inspect Items Upon Delivery

Always inspect your goods before signing for them.

If items are damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at 07377 571325.

Signing for goods as "undamaged" may void your right to claim a replacement or refund for transit damage.
📦 2. Returns Window & Eligibility

Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
-
Bespoke items are not eligible for return.
🛠️ 3. Warranty Policy

All products include a 12-month back-to-base warranty (covers manufacturing defects only).

You may be required to return the item to:

Return postage is your responsibility.

Warranty does NOT cover:

Damage due to misuse or poor maintenance

Accidental damage

We ship Monday to Friday.

Orders typically arrive within 1–2 working days.

We ship across the UK, Ireland, and most of Europe.

Delivery costs are non-refundable.
