📜 Terms of Service – HMI Catering Equipment

By purchasing from HMI Catering Equipment, you agree to the following terms:


🔍 1. Inspect Items Upon Delivery

  • Always inspect your goods before signing for them.

  • If items are damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at 07377 571325.

  • Signing for goods as "undamaged" may void your right to claim a replacement or refund for transit damage.


📦 2. Returns Window & Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Bespoke items are not eligible for return.


🛠️ 3. Warranty Policy

  • All products include a 12-month back-to-base warranty (covers manufacturing defects only).

  • You may be required to return the item to:

Unit 3, Holroyd Business Centre,
Carr Bottom Road, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD5 9BP

  • Return postage is your responsibility.

  • We may choose to:

    • Ship a replacement part

    • Repair the item

    • Replace the full unit

    • Refund the item

Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage due to misuse or poor maintenance

  • Accidental damage

  • Normal wear and tear


🚚 4. Shipping Policy

  • We ship Monday to Friday.

  • Orders typically arrive within 1–2 working days.

  • We ship across the UK, Ireland, and most of Europe.

  • Delivery costs are non-refundable.
